If there are any issues with App stores, then users can follow this link- https://www.nkoda.com/download (it will recognise the device). In addition, there is the WebApp, which users can use to initially access nkoda via a browser (though viewing and using content still takes place in the App) - app.nkoda.com.
Don't be alarmed if it prompts you for phone verification to view your first score. This is just for the trial (wouldn't be for a subscription) and helps us distinguish genuine users from hackers/robots etc. we don't use it for any other purpose than to verify.
