東海大學學位論文抽換申請書Application for Replacement of Existing Thesis/Dissertation


  1. 填寫 東海大學學位論文抽換申請書。

  2. 送新版論文與申請書一份到圖書館一樓流通櫃檯。

  3. 將一份新版紙本論文與申請書郵寄至國家圖書館館藏發展及書目管理組（請於信封備註論文抽換），或親送國家圖書館貴陽街行政入口。(亦可將資料都轉交圖書館代為寄送)

  4. 修正之電子檔案則連同申請書掃描檔Email至 jinglin@thu.edu.tw，標題請註明為碩博士論文抽換與變更。​

Please submit the newest update of your dissertation/thesis and this application form to library 1F circulation desk.
Please send the newest update of your dissertation/thesis with this application form to National Central Library “Collection Development and Bibliography Management Division” (Address: No.20, Zhongshan S. Rd., Zhongzheng District, Taipei City 10001, Taiwan (R.O.C.), Please write “Dissertations and Theses Hard Copy Withdraw or Change Application Form” on the envelope).
Please send e-mail and attach: (1) the newest electronic dissertation/thesis; (2)this application form to jinglin@thu.edu.tw.
